Recently, I’ve encountered a bit of a snag while managing my PayPal Credit accounts. Prior to May 2020, fetching my PayPal Credit statements was quite straightforward. Navigating to the “PayPal Credit” section on the homepage would instantly bring up both current and historical statements with little to no hassle. It was a convenient feature that I relied on for my financial tracking.

However, things have changed, and now whenever I click on the “PayPal Credit” section on the dashboard, I’m directed to the general account settings, devoid of any options to access my statements. My search for a solution hasn’t been fruitful. I’ve dug through various parts of the PayPal interface, and although I’ve spent hours combing through multiple sections, I haven’t found a direct link to the statements anywhere.

I’ve even taken the step of reaching out to PayPal’s customer support, hoping they would provide me with a straightforward solution. Despite a few back-and-forth emails, it seems their current assistance options aren’t leading me in the right direction towards viewing my statements directly from the PayPal interface.
