Help need to delete old card

Assistance Required to Delete an Old Payment Card

Hello everyone! I am currently facing an issue that I hope some of you out there have encountered and resolved. I have an old payment card on file in one of my online platforms and it no longer works. It’s probably expired, and I need to remove it from the list of my payment methods. Unfortunately, I’ve been trying to do this by repeatedly clicking the “Remove Card” button, but it seems to be a fruitless effort.

I have tried all the usual troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensuring I’m logged in with the correct account.
2. Checking the network connectivity of my device.
3. Trying this out on different browsers and devices.

But alas, it still doesn’t seem to be working. I can only imagine there are a few different reasons why this is happening, but I’m at a loss as to how to resolve it. The card is refusing to be removed from the system. This is getting pretty frustrating, and I would appreciate any advice or help you could share.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation and found a solution? Have you possibly contacted support for the platform and received a helpful response?
