Help! My money is on hold after receiving a refund

I’m new to paypal, and just created my account a week or two ago. I recently purchased an item off AliExpress, and they were out of stock for the item I already purchased. They told me they would refund me over paypal. Recently, they sent the money but it was placed on hold. Paypal help information says I need to send a shipping label or prove I’m a credible buyer… The problem is I cannot do this; I am just a customer who wants their refund. How would I go about resolving this?
