You know that feeling when you finally find the perfect gift, only for the whole experience to turn sour? That’s exactly what happened to me with Grandma’s Gift Shop.

Back in April, I snagged some goodies for myself and friends, totalling about $78. I was so excited to receive them, picturing Grandma vibes and quirky finds. Well, picture this: one lonely item arrived, the cheapest on my order. I checked the website, and lo and behold, the order status proudly declared “satisfied and delivered.”

Confused, I reached out to Grandma’s Gift Shop, only to be met with a wall of cluelessness. They couldn’t find my order despite me providing them with a copy of the invoice and order number – hardly a smooth online experience, right?

Right now, I’m stuck in limbo. I’m eagerly awaiting their explanation, hoping they’ll magically track down my missing items or at least issue a refund.

**Has anyone else encountered this issue with Grandma’s Gift Shop?** I’m not alone in this, am I?

It’s a shame because the website looked so promising, but this whole ordeal has left me disappointed and hesitant to trust online retailers again.
