fees and patner fee

Hi I just want to know the PayPal charging fees. (personal account) As I have look the website it says the fee will be 2.6%+0.3 Aud, so when I sell my product on website and then charge 8$, I look at the invoices and it shows -0.65 as a fee and -0.27 as a partner fee. Can anyone tell me how is that work ? 8 X 2.6% + 0.30 =$0.508 so why it charges $0.65? and is the partner fee always $0.27?
