Basically I bought an item, seller never shipped and now I had to open an ebay claim. The thing is I paid with Paypal Credit and already paid off my debt, but itâ€™s my understanding the refund will be applied there. Also this is a very dishonest seller and Iâ€™ve heard stories of pending refunds failing. Itâ€™s been 6 days now and Im worries. Am I guaranteed to get my $250 back?
