I’m at my wit’s end! I’ve been trying to pay for the items I won over the past four days without success. Can someone please help me understand what’s going on?

For days, I’ve been encountering the same error message when trying to make a payment. Here’s the message I’ve been getting: “Continue to PayPal to complete checkout or choose a different payment option.” Unfortunately, no matter what I do, nothing seems to work.

I’m frustrated, but I’m not alone! I know I’m not the only one experiencing this issue, not just for me, but for several other eBay enthusiasts as well. They’ve already shared their own experiences and tried to find a solution. Maybe they’ve decided not to speak out about it.

I have one question: what’s going on behind the scenes of eBay’s payment system? Why can’t this feature just work despite the efforts of those of us who are patient and eager to acquire lots?
