## Charged Extra: PayPal Mystery Solved (Or Not…)?!

I’m usually pretty savvy when it comes to my finances, but lately I’ve stumbled onto a bit of a PayPal puzzle that’s got me scratching my head.

Here’s the breakdown: I recently made a purchase through PayPal using a voucher. Problem is, when I checked my bank statement, a higher amount was listed than what I actually paid, despite the transaction appearing correctly on my PayPal activity page. I even called the shop directly, and they confirmed they’d received the correct amount from PayPal.

So where’s the extra money gone?

It’s like a phantom charge! I know PayPal is generally reliable, but this kind of discrepancy is a bit disconcerting. I’ve contacted PayPal support, but I haven’t heard back yet.
