### Card Payments Failing: Seeking Assistance

Hi everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to share an issue that we’re currently facing with card payments through our website, specifically using PayPal’s services. PayPal manages both PayPal account payments and card transactions, but recently, we’ve been encountering difficulties with the latter.

When a customer attempts to complete a card payment, they enter their card details as expected. The transaction proceeds to the card processing page, but instead of finalizing the order and payment, it simply redirects them back to the homepage without any further processing. This frustrating loop occurs with the majority of card payment attempts. Interestingly, PayPal payments via their account work perfectly fine.

We have already reported this issue multiple times to PayPal, and have even had several phone conversations focusing on solving this problem. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, no resolution has been reached.

Has anyone out there experienced a similar issue with PayPal card payments? Or perhaps you have any suggestions that might help us pinpoint the problem? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated as we strive to ensure smooth transactions for all our customers.
