I had filled out the order form and said I wanted to use paypal to pay. I had to go to paypal to see what the shipping was. Usually when you go back to the main page you have to hit the place order button. I felt the shipping was high so I was going to cancel the order. When I returned to the page it said order accepted. I contacted them immediately (their page said orders cancelled within 24 hrs would be fully refunded). They would not cancel the order. This was all mid March. I still had not gotten any of the items so I contacted them and they said it was on it’s way. Finally mid May one shirt came. It says it is a 3xl and I ordered a 2xl and it fits like a small medium. I kept declining their offer because they were offering small amounts. They finally offered 19.98 when it cost 21.95. plus shipping. I finally decided to accept the offer as lesson learned. I have still not received the other two items. Today they said one had been cancelled and they would be returning my money. So now we still have one item which was about $16.50 plus shipping and at first they offered $7. I refused then the offer was $12 and I again refused . Originally they told me I didn’t have to send the first shirt back. Now they are saying if I send it back they will refund the full amount for the third item but I have to pay their return postage. (The website says you will only have to pay shipping once even if you have to return it.) So I’ve already paid the postage once. I am afraid if I send it back, they will have the shirt and won’t return the final amount. I told them if they had cancelled it in the beginning one of this would have happened. Has anyone had this happen and what did you do?
