Can’t connect my ideal with PayPal anymore

I have a problem. I always had a PayPal who was connected with my bank. Out of the blue I couldn’t pay anymore. So I thought I would disconnect my bank and connect again. This didn’t work. I can’t connect my bank anymore,so I can’t pay with PayPal. Now I’ve been trying to connect wit PayPal through diffrets platforms: call, text, action center, Twitter, email and Facebook. But no answer. How can I come in contact with them and fix this problem?
