Payment not received from the customers

Hi, I have a PayPal checkout solution on my Woocommerce website, two of my customers sent the payment from the checkout page, and money is deducted from their PayPal account but not received to my PayPal account. Does anyone know how to solve this? I am from India, I tried reaching PayPal support via Message center but they are always offline and I don’t know any other way to reach PayPal support. Please help me. Thanks!
