I recently bought my first paypal card at walmart and put $420.00 on the card at checkout, but when I got home and activated my card and tried checking my balance it said $0.00 for account balance. I’ve tried checking it serval time within 5 hours and it still says $0.00 and I’m not to sure on what to do.
