Hello! I live in Madagascar and I need to pay 60 EUR to a friend who lives in France. He has set up a paypal.me profile for convenience. I have two VISA cards linked to my account: one credit and one debit. Nonetheless, on the last step, I am stuck in Send Now” and it won’t allow me to send the money. I have enough balance in my cards and I do not understand why does this occur? Can someone help me on this? Here is a screenshot of the matter.”
