I recently was contacted by a buyer who agreed to buy sight unseen (pics only). I have received an email from PayPal email account advising a deposit in my account. However, my PayPal account is showing no transactions. The Buyer is telling me that’s because of a note on the email that says You’ve received a payment of $720.00 AUD from …… It may take a few steps for this transaction to appear in your account. Read instructions below Instructions from the buyer to the seller I included $220.00 AUD meant for the pick up fee kindly get the steam gift card for the pick up agent. Nice doing business with you. I’m wondering if it’s a scam? Has anyone seen this type of transaction? When will I see the transaction in my account?
