Today I bought a $30 Google Play gift card. It cost actual money that I had and could have used. Below, it said that the gift card would be sent to my PayPal email. I checked. A lot. Junk folders, waited for hours, nothing. I don’t want to lose this, I really don’t. I’ve tried the resource page and it says contact the seller, but the other side of the Transaction is LITERALLY PayPal Inc. What do I do?
