Unable to pay anything (card – not PP balance)

I received a Message from Is this a scam?Hello, when I use PayPal to pay my purchases on site « discogs.com » (I’ve payed there a few times already) I’m being asked to add my card (even though I already have it there) and after that it will give me this message: « Sorry, but we couldn’t complete your purchase using the payment you selected. You can complete your purchase with the payment method shown, or choose another way to pay. » The seller supports paypal, I’ve payed to this person before without problems and they confirmed someone has payed to them today via paypal. I’ve tried searching through the forums but none of it helped. Also the tech support is inactive for some reason.
