Transfer funds from paypal account to linked credit card (mastercard)

Hello,
Can someone please help. I transfered some funds from my paypal account to a credit card (Mastercard). The transfer was made on 18.1.2021 and till today i haven’t got any money to my credit card. How long does it usually take that the funds are transfered.
One more thing, today i got an notification that says:
Account
Your has expired. Please update your card as soon as possible to avoid any interruptions using PayPal.
Can anyone please explain what those it mean, the credit card is valid till 2024, and i made some payments through paypal last week so it’s working fine. Again i updated the card, with the date and the security code on the back and the notification didn’t go away.
