Has anyone been able to return anything to this company? Seems like PayPal doesn’t care that Sihe continually ships incorrect merchandise and then when you make a claim with PayPal they make you return the item to Sihe if you want your money back. As many people have stated, the shipping cost is higher than the value of the item. PayPal will refund up to $30 possibly although the seller will most likely never acknowledge that they received the item. I ordered adult size premium folding chairs with a canopy and got 12 inch tall mini folding stools. They seem to do this on purpose and PayPal seems to be fine with it. PayPal is under the impression that all companies make the buyer pay to return an incorrect item when my experience has been that no company has ever required that I pay for shipping when they made and error. Companies like Lands End, Amazon, Home Depot usually have free return shipping especially if it is an error. Lands End sends a return shipping label with the shipment and you can just check of the items you want to return and put them back in the package and send it with their label without doing any work. PayPal needs to do a better job vetting companies and protecting the buyers. Even worse for me is that I paid with a PayPal cash balance so only a 1/3 of the payment went on my credit card. PayPal online help can’t really comprehend that PayPal is my financial institution. Like others also there is some confusion with these companies on whether they have a US address and don’t make it clear that you have to return ship to China.
