Hi, I was supposed to receive a refund from ASOS on 10th May for 2 separate payments, it shows that I’ve been refunded (completed) on my PayPal activity however the money has not gone into my bank account, usually the refunds by PayPal are instant to this debit card that I use but its been 2 weeks and I’m yet to receive my money. I emailed Paypal last week and received no reply. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
