I tried to purchase a graphics card yesterday and it sold out before i finished checking out but PayPal still took the money for it with pay in 4. I’ve tried to call paypal and no one is ever available and I tried a dispute but a dispute can’t be made on a pay in 4 transaction so I’m confused as to what to do from here.
