Paypal fee reimbursement

I just found out this morning (after I got a chargeback and Paypal decided in favor of the buyer) that the services I’m selling are NOT covered by Paypal’s Seller Protection. Then later I got a fee reimbursement from Paypal. My question is, a good chunk of my Paypal transactions is selling the same service as above, and yet I’ve been paying the fees since 2 years ago: Fees paid to Paypal in a 2 1/2 year period Since these transactions are not covered by Paypal’s Seller Protection, is it possible to ask for a refund for 40 of these fees?
