PayPal Credit ‘credit’

Description

Hi, I recently bought an item using PayPal Credit.
I have been making the monthly repayments and reducing the outstanding total.
However, the item that I bought became faulty and I have now returned it and got a full refund.
As a result, because of the repayments, my account is now in credit by nearly £130.
I have contacted PayPal through the message centre and they won’t give me my money back! – either by transferring the additional money into my bank account directly, or into my PayPal account, so that I can do it myself.
I won’t be using my PayPal Credit account again – so will be closing it once I have the credit issue sorted out.
Has anyone had the same issue – and if so, did you get it sorted?
I have also tried calling a customer service number for PayPal but it rings once and then cuts off.
Again – if anyone has a telephone number that works for them, it would be greatly apppreciated.
Any help that anyone could give would be amazing – I just want whats mine!
