PAYPAL CASHBACK MASTERCARD (Cant See it Available)

Hi everyone, Recently I called because after making first use of the PAYPAL CASHBACK MASTERCARD it had a hold on the pending credit I have (or had) available. I call, speak to a rep. And after being almost an hour on the phone everything was ok. Now, on that call I solicited a NEW MC Card to be sent to me and my approved alter-person. After a day I cannot see the Mastercard ANYMORE on My Account. I’ve called SEVERAL times and No Reps available. This is crazy, Im trying to run a business and was counting on almost 10k of still available credit. And now I think they changed the balance from said MC to PayPal Credit which is NOT the same and DOES NOT HAVE CASHBACK. i NEED THIS RESOLVED PLEEEAAASE, Can anybody help?
