Payment Taken but Transaction not showing

Description

There was a payment from my account which was charged in US dollars while I hold an Australian account. As the transaction did take place, it got cancelled and there was a payment deduction from my account. I did not receive the service but was however charged for it. Now I want a refund but the transaction is not appearing on PayPal in order for me to a file a dispute. Can somebody please help me as I am not currently within Australia and cannot get in touch with PayPal as well.
