Made a small payment on my account Jan 13,2021, with conformation number. Received email this morning thanking me for making a payment of over $1000!! Different conformation number. I didnt authroize that amount, because i dont have that to pay. Where can I get help to resolve this issue with conformation numbers and difference in payment amounts? No help from paypal, recording says cant not help and hangs up and my bank wont put hold on the payment.
Also my account shows past due but yet shows payment of over $1k
