Target billed me as each item shipped but IÔÇÖm still having to pay the pay in 4 ayments. They have declined my claims to remove the harges and they have told me to contact the merchantand they are saying pay pal is doing this to many peple. If they do not remove the charges from target or the pay in 4 and reimburse me for my payments, IÔÇÖm going to sue PayPal. I have tried everything to get them to not charge me double but they have. This is insane.
