Over 3 weeks trying to resolve a simple problem ….!!!

I am writing this in complete incredulity with PayPal and their so called service…, Over a month ago I started getting a notification in my account requesting information and placing limitations on my account until it’s resolved… no problem I thought! How wrong I was!! I opened the notification and when I selected ‘resolve’ I was then told ‘Thank you for providing all the required information’ only problem was I hadn’t I had only pressed ‘resolve’ after that I got a message asking if I wanted to ‘Go to account overview’ which I did and was taken back to my summary page. So I tried using the live chat but no matter how many times I waited I wasn’t spoken to by any agent (yes I was continually connected) after a week of trying I finally got through to someone who recorded my problem with the notification and resolve issues and at the same time offered to take the required information needed to remove the limitation on my account…. great I thought all sorted the guy said I should hear back within a few days and a week later I did…. That email told me that one of the documents was what was required (despite having double checked with the guy on live chat who at the time said it was fine) Fine I thought no problem I’ll just reply to this email with the required document… but no it’s not that easy…!! That email I received could not be replied to… and the only way I could provide that information was to go to the resolution centre… no problem I thought as I had previously reported the problem I’m sure PayPal have resolved it… but no!!! Once again I’m back where I started.. over a week has passed and nothing has changed!! So I tried calling but was continually waiting for an operator and spent several days trying to call and wasted a few hours waiting… knowing that even if I got through I still couldn’t actually sort out the issue at hand ie the documentation requested. So I tried using the contact us options but I could not select email unless I answered questions that weren’t relevant (those that were told me to use the resolution centre!!) So I sent 3 emails that way asking for some way to contact or be contacted to resolve the issue of my account limitations and more importantly the inability to access the resolution centre and reoccurring notification on my summary page…I received no responses to any of them… I then tried using the live chat again since Monday I have tried over a dozen times… not once have I got through to any human being…. I get the virtual waste of space assistant I ask to speak to an agent I am told the waiting time is approximately ? minutes and I say yes to that then I sit here waiting for much much longer than the approximate time I was told for example I waited just before writing this for 44 minutes…. no loss of connection… and I was told waiting time was approximately 2 minutes (I do have screenshots of all this in case any one questions the waste of time) I tried again but was told agents were unavailable so I am at a loss to work out how to contact PayPal by email or in some way I can get the information they have requested from me and for them to resolve the issue with the reoccurring notification..! I still don’t understand how the person who sent me an email regarding the documents I had previously given didn’t see that the reason they had received that documentation the way they had was because I could not use the system in place so I could not respond to their email…. is there some way that I can contact PayPal like an email address please an email address that I can actually get a response and isn’t part of the dead end automated contact options… Its been over a month and through no fault of my own I still cannot resolve the issue on my account…
