Hello, on 25.12.2020 I linked my bank account to my PayPal account. I accepted SEPA Direct Debit Mandate, followed every instruction after that and my account was successfully linked and confirmed on 28.12.2020. Everything good. Then I made 2 orders from 2 different sellers and paid it with this newly linked bank account. Again, everything good from PayPal side of things. I received both receipts for my PayPal payments to my e-mail (although I still didn’t see it in my bank account). I thought that it will just show later and everything will be good. But on 31.12.2020 I received an e-mail from PayPal which said that these transactions didn’t go through and that my bank account was removed from my PayPal account. And after that I was able to see it also in my bank. That the transaction was denied. Because of that my PayPal balance is now negative. I called my bank (UniCredit Bank). Issue was that I didn’t set up SEPA Direct Debit on their side. After that I set the SEPA Direct Debit from my bank. So that’s good now and I should be able to add money to my PayPal balance now. But I am not able to link my bank account to my PayPal account now. Says: We’re sorry. We’re not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. I tried it for several days now but I am still not able to link my bank account again to solve my negative balance. I also tried to link my card but I am not able to add money to my balance with this option. PayPal says that the card didn’t go through the verification process (although I am perfectly able to pay with that card for everything else). Also tried to link my father’s card to see if it helps but again card didn’t go through PayPal verification process for some unknown reason. I am also not able to top up my balance through Trustly because my bank is not listed there. Maybe there is a way to pay with direct bank transfer from my bank ? Don’t know if there is also this option. What should I do ? Please help. Seems to me that I am out of options now. Thank you
