Lost access to a 100$ gift card that i purchased and need the transaction refunded or resent…

Im actually considering switching my direct deposit to a funding source that has actual live customer service agents available to assist me in matter related to my well being and my ability to feed my self…but long story short- I thought my pay pal cash card would surface by the time my monthly benefits arrived, but it didn’t to my surprise- along with everything else in my wallet including my i.d. so when my funds were posted i had to think on my feet as to how i was going to make the best of the situation and i went with buying a bunch of gift cards…i had created a couple new email accounts and in all the confusion managed to lock my self out of the gmail account associated with one of the 100$ target cards i purchased…so far all i have been able to do is get the dispute filed- but i desperately need that money i just need the gift card resent to my main email associated with my paypal, or the gift card cancelled and the funds returned to my available balance- no big deal….(you would think!) HELP PLEASE ADVISE..GARY
