PRIX : ( A NÉGOCIER UN PEU)I was divorced in 2014…there was no issue with getting my last name changed back to my maiden name on normal Paypal, but even after sending the proof needed for my last name change on Paypal Credit, it has not changed. I have looked high and low for an answer when it comes to Paypal Credit and how to get my name changed, but I’ve had no such luck. Everything is about Paypal…and not Paypal Credit, and there’s no such thing as being able to talk to an actual person regarding this matter, who works for the company. So please, I need some help. It’s not that my lack of name change has been an issue, because I’ve still been able to make purchases and use both of my accounts, it’s the fact that it’s still a former name, and I’d like to see my actual name as opposed to a former one on all my accounts.
I’ve gone through the whole nine yards of scanning ID’s and sending proof of my name change that it still hasn’t happened.
