I need PayPal to respond to me but they won’t

I have had money deducted from my account randomly with no evidence of a transaction. to -£30. I have messaged PayPal hundreds of times over the last few days and recieved nothing back. I have no money. I cannot ship deliveries because they are holding my money, and my account has strangely gone into negative??? I need them to respond. I see other people have this issue. I don’t know whats happening but surely we can claim from this? I have no money. BECAUSE OF PAYPAL
