I purchased some items from a company stated to be in US, after not receiving the items or getting any response from the website, I filed a dispute. The company eventually sent a package, which arrived 2mo after purchase from China, so paypal closed the dispute. However, the items received were not the items we ordered. Have again emailed company without any response and PayPal will not let me open another dispute because it was closed. Is there anything I can do?
