I got a payment request from Canada for something I am buying. The seller has requested CAD. So I cannot change that anyways. But, I still have the option of choosing either paypal or my bank to convert the currency. The bank I am goign to use is a Ban Of America credit card which doesn’t have a foreign transaction fee. Wondering if the community has any inputs on which option has historically worked out better for the buyer?
